Prospective Allen High School Tallenettes and their parents are invited to attend an informational meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26 in the school cafeteria. Drill Team Director Lisa Smentek will speak and answer questions.

Habitat for Humanity will hold its annual Taste of Collin County from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26 at Collin County Regional Airport, 1500 E. Industrial Blvd. in McKinney. This year’s theme is Taste The World. The event will include food samples from many Collin County restaurants, live and silent auctions and live entertainment. Proceeds will go towards building area homes for those in need. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door.
