The Arts of Collin County Commission will sponsor a public forum to discuss the planned arts park and hall at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 21 in the City Council Chambers of the Frisco City Hall, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. BOORA Architects and other members of the design team will present the final design and construction plans for the 2100-seat hall, outdoor performance meadow, stage, sculpture garden, creek, trail improvements, parking, and site improvements. Groundbreaking for site improvements is anticipated for late 2007.

Allen Public Library will host the screening of the movie The In-Laws as part of their continuing series of staff picks at 7 p.m.Tuesday, March 13 in the Auditorium, 300 N. Allen Drive. The movie is free.

The Presbyterian Hospital of Allen SpringFest 2007 5K FunRun is scheduled for Saturday, April 14, and they need lots of volunteer power from 7 to 11 a.m. that morning to make the event happen.
